At disposal of our clients there is a big garden with a swimmingpool with deckchairs, a small playground for kids, grill area with table and benchs.
In the underground area you find an area where you can deposit bicycles, surfs, small beach furniture and the private parking area of the residence.
Sport - fans have the opportunity to practise sailing, windsurfing, mountain - biking, trekking and paragliding; only 500 meters from the residence there is a sport center with 5 tennis courts and a sailing school, directly in the residence bookable.
